IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Title 8 has been updated to include amendments through the 2023 Regular Legislative Session effective August 1, 2023, more specifically:
- Act 20, amended, reenacted and enacted Chapter 1 Definitions - §1(7); and Chapter 13 Miscellaneous - §907;
- Act 22, amended and reenacted Chapter 7 Cemetery Care Fund - §454(C)(2); and Chapter 8 Merchandise Trust Fund -
§502(F);
- Act 29, amended, reenacted and enacted Chapter 7 Cemetery Care Fund - §454.1(A) and §454.2; and
- Act 381 amended, reenacted and enacted Chapter 2 Louisiana Cemetery Board - §61(A); §64; §66.1; §66.2(A); §67; §69.2(C)(8); §71; §72(A); §75(A), (B), and (C); and §79; Chapter 7 Cemetery Care Fund - §454.1(A); §455; §456(D); §458; §461(A); §463; §464(A)(3); §465(A) (introductory paragraph) and (D); and §467; Chapter 8 Merchandise Trust Fund - §505(C) §506(A), (C)(1)(a), and (D); and §512.
