Annual Cemetery Reports
For cemeteries reporting on a calendar year, these reports must be completed, signed, notarized, and returned to the Louisiana Cemetery Board no later than June 30 of each year. For cemeteries reporting on a fiscal year, these reports must be completed, signed, notarized and returned to the Louisiana Cemetery Board no later than six months after the close of the cemetery authority's business year.
Annual Trustee Reports
For cemeteries reporting on a calendar year, these reports must be completed, signed, filed with the Clerk of the District Court for the Parish in which the cemetery is located, and returned to the Louisiana Cemetery Board no later than May 31 of each year. For cemeteries reporting on a fiscal year, these reports must be completed, signed, filed with the Clerk of the District Court for the Parish in which the cemetery is located, and returned to the Louisiana Cemetery Board no later than five months after the close of the cemetery authority's business year.
For cemeteries reporting on a calendar year, these reports must be completed, signed, and returned to the Louisiana Cemetery Board no later than March 31 of each year. For cemeteries reporting on a fiscal year, these reports must be completed, signed, and returned to the Louisiana Cemetery Board no later than ninety days after the close of the cemetery authority's business year.
